This Privacy Policy describes how Closeline ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Service.

  • Account data: email address, password hash (never plaintext), tier, and account settings you provide during registration.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, API calls made, signals viewed, and bets logged — used to improve the Service and for billing calculations.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps — collected automatically via server logs.
  • Payment data: billing address and payment method details processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and send billing communications.
  • Send product updates and security notices (you may opt out of marketing emails).
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
